06. Choose One [Meg Davis]

This demonstrates the use of the Parallax Ping)) ultrasonic range finder.  LEDs brighten when you get closer to the sensor and get dimmer when you get further away.

I originally intended to put the ultrasonic range finder in as the robot’s eyes, but the peripheral of the eyes caused the sensor to read bad values.  Maybe in the future I can have a more integrated solution.
